Whether you’re a regular at the gym or have never trained before, Divan will support and inspire you to accomplish more than you thought you could. Divan’s versatile approach means each client receives one-to-one attention and a bespoke training program.


After an initial health and fitness assessment, Divan takes into account your individual style and exercise habits to design a fitness program that works for you. By focusing on instruction and encouragement, DK personal training sessions show you how to achieve and maintain your fitness goals. Weight measurements and body fat testing are used to establish benchmarks and monitor progress. When you’ve learned how to exercise and eat well, you can apply the fitness model to your own lifestyle.


DK personal training takes your training goals seriously so please be punctual. Sessions will finish at arranged times. All sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice or the cost of the full session is applied. Sessions must be booked within 90 days of purchase/payment.



Single session: £120

Block of 10 sessions: £1150

Block of 20 sessions: £2200

I've worked with Divan for the last three years and he has been a great trainer and become a good friend. In that time I've had to have two knee operations, one of which was major. He has been especially good at getting me back on my feet (literally) - keeping me fit and ensuring a good rehab.
